GOING PAINS

A MentFlexX Narrated Philosophy

Before the body breaks, it warns.
Before the mind collapses, it clinches.
Before imbalance becomes injury, the being enters what MentFlexX identifies as the plateau known as Going Pains.

Growing pains were never meant to remain permanent. Yet many stop there and unknowingly build their identity around tension, trauma, imbalance, fear, pressure, and conditioned survival. The body adapts to the clinch. The mind adapts to the distortion. Eventually the distortion becomes what society calls “normal.”

MentFlexX rejects this as the natural state.

A child can naturally reach their toes because the body initially exists closer to original function. Mobility, circulation, flexibility, breath, rhythm, and response are closer aligned with nature before dehumanization layers itself through trauma, stress, conditioning, environment, and repetition.

Then the shift begins.

The first nature becomes overridden by a second nature.

The body enters a clinched state.
Alignment shifts.
Balance decreases.
Movement shortens.
Recovery weakens.
The being adapts to survival instead of function.

This is where Going Pains begin.

Not merely physical pain.
Not simply emotional trauma.
But the plateau formed between original nature and conditioned existence.

MentFlexX identifies a very small neutral zone within the body called the Safety Zone. The eye of the needle. A narrow space between overuse and collapse. Between tension and restoration. Between dehumanization and reconstruction.

This zone determines what the body can repeatedly endure without breakdown while operating without proper reset, recalibration, or pit stop.

There are two versions of this zone:

  • the natural zone, inherited closer to original function,

  • and the gathered zone, accumulated through adaptation, edification, discipline, repetition, awareness, and adjustment.

Most beings unknowingly operate outside this zone.

MentFlexX works to reclaim it.

The method is non-invasive.

No cutting.
No removal.
No forced confrontation with trauma identity.

Instead, MentFlexX inserts what may be described as a feeler between physical trauma and mental trauma simultaneously. The patron learns to separate the experience from the identity through MentFlexX edification.

The trauma occurred.
But the being is not the trauma.

This distinction is critical.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The body listens even when the mind refuses. Homeostasis — “the homie O” — remains present the entire time. Closer than a friend. Constantly communicating through breath, temperature, fatigue, tension, instinct, pressure, emotion, circulation, rhythm, and recovery.

Nature continuously speaks.

Most only recognize it externally through weather, environment, or season, while ignoring the internal atmosphere occurring within themselves.

MentFlexX considers this one of humanity’s greatest disconnects.

Everything becomes measurable through numbers.

Percentages.
Range.
Pressure.
Recovery.
Frequency.
Balance.
Output.
Input.
Energy.
Awareness.

There is nothing more valuable than numbers.

Except:

“My Numbers.” Say it. "My Numbers."

Because personal numbers reveal the state of the being.

Within the MentFlexX doctrine, the dehumanized state functions beneath original capacity. Humanity once symbolically existed at 100. Through conditioning, imbalance, trauma, and separation from first nature, the being descends.

Yet negativity — or “nigative” energy — can never fully dominate the system. It reaches 49, but never fully overtakes 50. The original structure still exists. The possibility of restoration remains present.

This is the rise from dehumanization.

As the 49 decreases, the 50 expands toward restoration.

Toward 100.

MentFlexX refers to this process as:

“Going back to the future.”

Not through machinery.
Not through fantasy.
But through restoring original function within the body, mind, and spirit using methods that appear to make no sense to modern conditioning.

Yet the body understands.

The homie O understands.

Nature understands.

And once the being begins to work the process willingly, the plateau no longer remains a prison.

The Going Pains end.

Cheap Reaction (Industry Cut)

The Economy of Belief

_________________________________________________________________________________

Why Reaction Is Cheap and Thinking Is Expensive

There is an invisible economy operating inside the human mind.

It does not trade money.
It trades beliefs, assumptions, reactions, and attention.

Every conversation is a market.
Every argument is a transaction.
Every reaction costs something.

The surprising part is that most people are spending their mental currency without even realizing it.

They react quickly.
They defend positions instantly.
They argue passionately.

Yet very few stop to ask a simple question:

What is the cost of being wrong?

Not socially.
Not emotionally.

Mentally.

Because when a person defends something that is not actually true, they invest energy in maintaining an illusion.

And maintaining illusions is expensive.

Thinking, on the other hand, requires effort.
Reflection requires patience.
Investigation requires humility.

That is why quick reactions dominate most conversations.

Reaction is cheap.

Thinking is expensive.

The Fast Lane of Certainty

________________________________________________________________________________

Human beings naturally prefer certainty.

Certainty feels stable.

It removes the discomfort of doubt.

If someone believes something strongly enough, their mind no longer has to wrestle with questions.

The problem is that certainty is often built on foundations that were never tested.

Someone hears something once.

Someone reads a sentence online.

Someone repeats a statement they heard from a friend.

Soon the idea becomes solid in their mind.

Not because it has been proven.

But because it has been repeated.

Repetition has a strange psychological effect.

The more often a statement appears, the more familiar it becomes.

And familiarity can easily disguise itself as truth.

The Authority Shortcut

_________________________________________________________________________________

Another reason beliefs become strong so quickly is authority.

When information comes from someone perceived as knowledgeable, people often accept it without further examination.

A teacher says it.

A preacher says it.

A celebrity says it.

A politician says it.

And suddenly the idea travels through society like a sealed package that no one opens.

Authority is not always wrong.

But authority is not always right either.

When authority replaces inquiry, thinking becomes optional.

And when thinking becomes optional, misunderstanding becomes inevitable.

The Attention Marketplace

_________________________________________________________________________________

Modern society runs on a powerful resource: attention.

Every platform competes for it.

News cycles compete for it.

Social media feeds compete for it.

Entire industries profit from capturing and directing human focus.

The faster people react, the more attention they generate.

And the more attention they generate, the more profitable the system becomes.

Quick reactions are rewarded.

Nuanced thinking is often ignored.

In that environment, the speed of reaction becomes more valuable than the accuracy of understanding.

But accuracy is the foundation of wisdom.

Without accuracy, a society begins operating on assumptions.

The Emotional Amplifier

_________________________________________________________________________________

Emotion accelerates belief.

Anger spreads faster than curiosity.

Fear spreads faster than analysis.

Outrage spreads faster than investigation.

Emotion amplifies messages and pushes them through social networks like electrical currents through wires.

When an idea carries emotional energy, people feel compelled to respond immediately.

They repost it.

They argue about it.

They defend it.

But emotional intensity does not guarantee factual accuracy.

In fact, strong emotion sometimes signals that the mind has stopped analyzing and started reacting.

The Birth of the Instant Opinion

_________________________________________________________________________________

Opinions used to develop slowly.

People gathered information over time.

They listened to multiple perspectives.

They reflected before speaking.

Today, the environment encourages instant opinions.

Information arrives continuously.

People scroll, skim, and react within seconds.

Instead of examining ideas, many people choose sides immediately.

Once a side is chosen, confirmation bias begins its work.

The mind searches for evidence supporting the chosen position while ignoring contradictory information.

The opinion becomes reinforced.

Not because it is correct.

But because the mind has built a protective wall around it.

The Psychological Investment

_________________________________________________________________________________

Once someone has publicly expressed a belief, changing that belief becomes difficult.

The belief is no longer just an idea.

It becomes part of the person's identity.

Admitting uncertainty can feel like admitting weakness.

So instead of adjusting their position, people double down.

They defend their belief more aggressively.

They argue more forcefully.

They gather selective evidence.

And the cycle continues.

What started as a simple assumption evolves into a deeply defended conviction.

When Assumptions Become Conflicts

_________________________________________________________________________________

Many conflicts begin not with facts, but with interpretations.

A person sees something.

Their mind assigns meaning to it.

Another person sees the same event and assigns a different meaning.

Now there are two stories competing for dominance.

Each person believes their interpretation is correct.

But interpretations are not the same as reality.

They are mental constructions.

Yet when interpretations harden into beliefs, disagreement becomes confrontation.

The Cost of Mental Rigidity ________________________________________

Mental rigidity carries hidden costs.

It limits learning.

It blocks new perspectives.

It transforms conversations into battles instead of explorations.

A rigid mind prioritizes being right.

A flexible mind prioritizes discovering what is true.

The difference between those two goals determines the quality of thought.

One seeks validation.

The other seeks understanding.

The MentFlexX Perspective

________________________________________

Within the MentFlexX philosophy, mental flexibility becomes a form of discipline.

The mind is trained to observe itself.

Instead of automatically accepting every thought, the individual learns to examine them.

Questions become tools.

Reflection becomes practice.

Assumptions become opportunities for investigation.

This does not mean abandoning belief.

It means strengthening belief through examination rather than protecting it through defensiveness.

A belief that survives examination becomes stronger.

A belief that cannot survive examination deserves reconsideration.

The Pause That Changes Everything

_________________________________________________________________________________

There is a powerful moment that exists between stimulus and response.

Psychologists often refer to it as the pause.

It is the brief space where awareness can intervene before reaction occurs.

Most people move through this moment too quickly to notice it.

But those who train their awareness begin to recognize it.

Inside that pause lies freedom.

Freedom to think.

Freedom to question.

Freedom to choose a response instead of surrendering to impulse.

The Discipline of Deliberate Thinking

_________________________________________________________________________________

Deliberate thinking requires slowing the mind down.

Instead of reacting immediately, the thinker evaluates the situation.

They ask:

What do I actually know?

What assumptions am I making?

What evidence exists?

Could there be another explanation?

These questions transform the mind from a reaction machine into an investigation tool.

The Social Pressure of Agreement

_________________________________________________________________________________

Another force influencing belief is the pressure to conform.

Humans are social creatures.

Belonging to a group provides safety and identity.

When a group shares a common belief, questioning that belief can feel risky.

People may fear rejection, criticism, or exclusion.

So instead of challenging the idea, they adopt it.

Agreement becomes a social survival strategy.

But widespread agreement does not guarantee accuracy.

History provides countless examples of widely accepted beliefs that later proved incorrect.

The Courage to Question

_________________________________________________________________________________

Questioning beliefs requires courage.

Not aggression.

Not arrogance.

Courage.

Because questioning means stepping into uncertainty.

It means admitting that something might not be as clear as it appears.

Yet that uncertainty is where growth begins.

A person who never questions their beliefs remains limited by them.

A person who questions thoughtfully expands their understanding.

The Evolution of Understanding

_________________________________________________________________________________

Knowledge evolves.

Scientific theories evolve.

Cultural perspectives evolve.

Even personal beliefs evolve over time.

What someone believed at twenty may look very different at forty.

Growth often requires updating mental models.

But updating those models requires recognizing when they are outdated.

Without reflection, outdated beliefs remain frozen in place.

The Balance Between Faith and Inquiry

_________________________________________________________________________________

Faith and inquiry do not have to be enemies.

Faith can provide meaning, direction, and purpose.

Inquiry ensures that belief remains connected to reality.

When faith refuses examination, it becomes fragile.

When inquiry refuses humility, it becomes arrogant.

But when faith and inquiry work together, understanding deepens.

The Quiet Power of Intellectual Humility

_________________________________________________________________________________

One of the most underrated intellectual traits is humility.

Not the kind that diminishes confidence.

The kind that recognizes the limits of knowledge.

Intellectual humility allows someone to say:

“I may not have the full picture.”

That statement opens the door to learning.

Without it, the door remains closed.

The Role of Curiosity

_________________________________________________________________________________

Curiosity transforms conflict into conversation.

Instead of asking, “How can I prove I am right?”

Curiosity asks, “What might I be missing?”

This shift changes the entire dynamic of discussion.

Arguments become explorations.

Disagreements become opportunities to refine understanding.

Reclaiming the Value of Thought

_________________________________________________________________________________

In a culture that rewards speed, reclaiming thoughtful reflection becomes a quiet act of resistance.

It means refusing to participate in reaction cycles.

It means examining information carefully.

It means valuing truth more than validation.

Thoughtful thinking may not generate the loudest responses.

But it produces the most reliable conclusions.

The Long Game of Understanding

_________________________________________________________________________________

Quick reactions provide immediate emotional satisfaction.

But they rarely produce lasting wisdom.

Understanding develops slowly.

It requires patience.

It requires curiosity.

It requires the willingness to revisit assumptions repeatedly.

Those who engage in this process develop mental resilience.

They become less vulnerable to misinformation and manipulation.

A Simple Practice

_________________________________________________________________________________

Anyone can begin strengthening their thinking process with a simple habit.

Before reacting to new information, ask three questions:

  1. What evidence supports this claim?

  2. What alternative explanations exist?

  3. What information might still be missing?

These questions slow down the rush toward certainty.

And in that slower pace, clarity begins to emerge.

The Real Advantage

_________________________________________________________________________________

In a world dominated by instant reactions, the ability to think carefully becomes a rare advantage.

Those who cultivate thoughtful awareness gain something valuable.

They become less reactive.

Less easily manipulated.

More capable of seeing complexity.

More capable of navigating disagreement without hostility.

That advantage does not appear overnight.

It develops through practice.

Through reflection.

Through the willingness to think one more time before reacting.

The MentFlexX Principle

_________________________________________________________________________________

Within the MentFlexX philosophy, mental flexibility becomes a guiding principle.

Instead of clinging rigidly to ideas, the thinker remains adaptable.

They test their assumptions.

They refine their beliefs.

They stay open to new information.

This flexibility is not weakness.

It is strength.

Because a flexible mind can adjust when reality demands it.

A rigid mind often breaks under pressure.

The Future of Thought

_________________________________________________________________________________

The modern world will continue accelerating.

Information will continue multiplying.

Opinions will continue forming faster than understanding.

In that environment, the most valuable skill may not be intelligence alone.

It may be disciplined thinking.

The ability to pause.

To examine.

To question.

To learn.

And to update beliefs when evidence requires it.

Final Reflection

_________________________________________________________________________________

Every belief carries weight.

Every assumption carries risk.

Every reaction carries consequence.

The mind can choose the fast lane of certainty.

Or it can choose the slower path of investigation.

One path produces noise.

The other produces clarity.

And clarity, once developed, becomes one of the most powerful tools a person can possess.

What-If Fight (Hip Hop Edited Cut)

Hope, Faith, and the Difference.

_______________________________________________________
_______________________________________________________

A reflection on belief, uncertainty, and the arguments we create

Some people are quick to ball their faces into a fist when someone else doesn’t share the same idea about how something is—or maybe even because they do. The conflict isn’t always about truth. Sometimes it’s simply because the other person isn’t running with what they were told, or even with what they themselves believe.

Instead of examining what has actually been found out or researched, the reaction becomes emotional. The argument begins not over facts, but over belief.

And here’s the catch:

A belief can carry a 100% chance of being wrong and still be defended with absolute certainty.

That’s where two words enter the conversation: hope and faith.

_______________________________________________________

What Is Hope?

The word hope has deeper meanings than we usually consider.

Hope can mean:

  • A sloping plain between mountain ridges

  • A small bay or haven

  • A desire for good, paired with the expectation that it can be obtained

  • Something or someone that gives reason to expect good things

The interesting part is that hope always contains uncertainty.

Hope says:
“I want this to happen, and I believe it might.”

But hope is not proof.
It is anticipation, not verification.

What Is Faith?

_______________________________________________________

Faith takes things even further.

Faith is defined as:

  • Belief based on the authority of another

  • Acceptance of something as true without direct evidence

  • Confidence or trust placed in testimony

  • Loyalty or fidelity to a promise, belief, or system

Faith can be powerful. It can move people to action, build communities, and sustain people through hardship.

But it still operates in a space where certainty isn’t always present.

Faith says:
“I believe this is true, even if I cannot fully prove it.”

The Problem With Belief Without Reflection

_______________________________________________________

When people operate only on belief—without examination—they sometimes become defensive.

Arguments erupt.

Tempers rise.

People become ready to fight over ideas that haven’t been fully explored.

Not because they know something.

But because they think they know something.

That raises an important question:

What are the levels of knowing?

For example:

  • I heard it.

  • I think it’s true.

  • I’m pretty sure.

  • I believe it.

  • I know it.

Those are not the same thing.

Yet in everyday life, people often treat them as if they are.

Think Ten Times
_______________________________________________________

Some people were taught a simple rule:

“Think ten times.”

That advice carries wisdom.

Before reacting…

Before arguing…

Before turning words into fists…

Think again.

Seek another opinion.

Look deeper.

A second or third perspective is rarely a bad idea. Not because you must change your mind—but because understanding grows when ideas are tested.

The Society of Whims

_______________________________________________________
Much of modern society runs on whims rather than truths.

People follow trends.

They repeat things they heard.

They defend positions they haven’t investigated.

For the followers, the warning has always existed:

“Be not deceived.”

If you are unsure about something, there is a strong possibility that you do not yet have the full picture.

The “What-If Fight”

_______________________________________________________

Here’s an example of how quickly things can spiral.

Have you ever been in an argument—or almost in a fight—with someone because of something that might have happened?

Not something that actually happened.

Something that could have happened.

Imagine two people nearly coming to blows over a situation that never occurred.

That kind of conflict deserves a name:

The “What-If Fight.”

A fight over imagination.

A feud born from possibility rather than reality.

Could’ve, Should’ve, Would’ve

_______________________________________________________

Arguments often drift into a familiar territory:

  • Could’ve

  • Should’ve

  • Would’ve

Someone says something like:

“That could’ve tipped over.”

Yes—maybe it could have.

But it didn’t.

So why is the conversation happening in a space built entirely on speculation?

Instead of discussing what actually occurred, the conversation moves into an imaginary timeline.

And from there, emotions begin to escalate.

The Principle Behind It

_______________________________________________________

This type of conflict often revolves around principle rather than fact.

A person believes they are defending what might have been wrong.

But they are reacting to a scenario that never existed.

That creates a fabricated argument.

A conflict born from assumptions.

The Heart of the Matter

_______________________________________________________

There is an old saying:

“From out of the heart…”

Meaning that what comes from a person’s heart reveals their true nature.

If someone were truly speaking from the heart, would their words be filled with:

  • could’ve

  • should’ve

  • would’ve

Or would they focus on what actually is?

The heart tends to deal with truth.

Speculation tends to deal with fear.

Recognizing the Moment

_______________________________________________________

Sometimes there is a moment—a signal.

A kind of internal red light.

A quiet voice that says:

“This argument is about to become something unnecessary.”

That moment is the opening.

The chance to pause.

The chance to realize:

“This might be a stupid argument.”

Not because anyone is stupid.

But because the foundation of the argument isn’t real.

Choosing Clarity Over Conflict

_______________________________________________________

When people slow down and examine their assumptions, something powerful happens.

Arguments shrink.

Understanding grows.

And sometimes the realization appears:

“If I had looked at it that way before, I might not be where I am now.”

That moment is not defeat.

It’s growth.

Standing Up (Hip Hop Mix Tape)

Rotate

“All we have to do is stand up” literally. The picture depicts “slaves” on all fours in a square on the bottom and the greed and corruption above them. Agree to disagree. Standing up is suppose to end the situations going on above them. We see and get it. Let’s change the perspective. This perspective with the slaves is backwards. Speculation!

Peep game, the top was built by the slaves but they’re on the bottom. Work with me, so did they build on the top and flow to the bottom or did they build it where they are and it flowed to the top? Good question huh? So, if and when they stand, will they then be back on top as it rapidly flows to the bottom? Cheq as the picture depicts the workers are on all fours at the bottom, read it out, now don’t interrupt. Building. After building the top which is old, needs an update. Now if you will, right above the workers there’s a space, darkness in the gaps. As told, we don’t  truly know though. Here’s where the thirteen percenters chill, they’re standing up not touching a thing. The hi ways and bi ways of this sick little psycho fugged disorder. The thirteen percent could include some technology of the workers that catered to the top layer. Here is where anything below them is pulled to the middle. You won’t see this. Here the middle shares with the top. Exploit the booty. “The Rose That Grew From The Concrete.” The lower level is essentially the garden, the middle is school to prison pipeline; entertainment, sports, religion, etc. From the bottom this could be considered heaven. Figuratively, of course. Because if hard work produces or one may get pregnant and the middle can profit from it, one could possibly get the come up. Now we’ve witnessed this play out, not to make it up, it’s not creativity, it’s an experience. View the photo once more if you will, now picture Hip Hop. We’ll come back to this. Pregnant is used to depict an ideal or invention. To ease the tension of what’s being read.

A garden? Do you know who you are? Do you want to know what you are capable of? Not saying we can help with any of that. Not saying we “Know who you are.” Just a fielding question, preparing for what’s to come. Work with me.

You are the most incredible creation on this rock. These are only words, understandable and unbelievable? We’re going to test this statement. It is tagged the garden due to being raised a certain way, water, food. Good investment, taking vitamins becoming productive citizens of society. Agree to disagree! The key word is raised peep def. Raised: embossed, lift or moved to a higher position etc. Brought up, again “The Roses That Grew From The Concrete.”

Now, if there were a fruit at Wally’s one could go get, bring it home, begin growing it and it produces more and more fruit. Ikr! Speculation remember? It could be sold to make the money back and live happily ever after. This is why there are no seeds anymore. Does this read familiar? “IdleWild peaches?” Just a little, maybe! Garden of Eden. Except one has to buy the fruit and there is no garden. How did that happen? Wait! This is the best part. The garden, the lower level is where the fruit is. Another type of fruit is on the middle level with the proceeds going to the top level that has been gathered from the bottom or garden. (the Hindu social system) Kind of cool huh!

Basically, it’s not rocket science, you’re eating your money. Duh! Told you, it’s not rocket science. The same fruit could be sold, exchanged , bartered peep def. For other things needed. Go out to make it in the garden, coming home and spending it to keep it rotating. But wait, you’re the fruit? Give it a minute. “How am I the fruit?” Great question. You are a creation created by the creator. Using logic, any issues? Thank you for coming. Created in its image. It looks exactly like each and every one of us. That’s where it is. Each and everyone. You are truly beyond words, typing to you. Truly, beyond words. It’s just words. The magic doesn’t begin until one knows this, not think or thunk. Know this reality is connected to Natural Law. Now, the garden has fruit but, no fruit. See the point? Fruit with no fruit. Wow! T Totally Nada.

“How am I fruit?” Another great question. Stay with me. How are you the fruit is the question? Are you familiar with the process of a diamond? Sure, we could use other things, please allow to answer the question. The diamond begins as coal, which comes from another story we’re not going to get into right now. Anywho! Time, pressure causes it to become a glass of sorts valuable like fruit, called karats but isn’t that a vegetable? All this has been rebuked or binese. Reportedly untrue. Just going to stay in first testament long enough to arrive at a point if that’s alright? Like fruit, same thing. A rock, sure there’s going to be some swap meet Lu e. It’s business. The natural (key word) process is more favorable fruit. Natural now, or was. Lu likes to one up nature. (Putz) The impostors can be pricey as well. How would we know? Who said we did? But real folks want real fruit. Theoretically need it. Not materially. That stuff is for perpetrators trying to impress because their eyes are bigger than their bags. Sympz! Purely assumptions. In the early seventies the fruit began producing fruit in the garden, before this, was another, and another and another going back to the fifties before prohibition, no rec, rec just a guesstimate. One was called the Numbers. One was jazz. Both stimulated the economy in the streets, natural, clean, and very much needed at their perspective time. Providing some hope, blessing? An opportunity to stay or get ahead of the game. Aka the lottery now. Again natural. In the book, this happened as well. Exodus 16:12. “This is the bread…” Now didn’t hey seus say, peep game now, or not. Matthew 4:4 “Not bread alone?” “Don’t concentrate on the finger,” Matthew 3:8, the Hindu social system?

How am I fruit? As Hip Hop began, fruit was produced by fruit. What is fruit? You know what fruit is. Peep def. Fruit: reward, a seed structure of a plant. Told you. Are you sweet? Do you have a family tree? Sums up plant.

“Works without action… or activity is considered dead.” Are you capable of producing offspring, children, child, puppy, guppie, more fruit? Would this be considered having a seed within? Seed peep def: a small object produced by a plant (family tree) from which a new plant or fruit can grow. The beginning of something which continues to develop or grow. This is a sad question but, for lack of a better one. Received any compensation for the work provided to others? Rhetorical ikr! Fruit working for another fruit, be it compensation or working for the other nuts. Work with me. Hip Hop was a blessing for many of us, some may not even know this, it saved lives and stimulated a decimated economy, this may or not include socially. During this time, under that type of pressure. What pressure? What do they call good Hip Hop, music in general? Gold, Platinum, Diamond. Every artist produces a product or fruit that can then be sent to market, where they can be compensated for it. Which is another story. “Ain’t got time now, you hear?” Cassette tapes were the product being produced that could be sold or traded for other things needed. “If you focus too much on the finger…” Hip Hop was manna that kept the youth productive. Instead of spotting for drug buys and being involved, some even came out of the trade to become #HHG. Bravo! Kept them creative and alive. “Can we get a witness?” Pastor Wit!

What was said and shared on these cassettes was inspirational hope, information, the news. It was the jump off, get this though. It was natural, clean, and very much needed at that time. And they said it was only a fad. Until it went next level. Exploited and weaponized. There’s a definite difference between real tru Hip Hop and industry rap. Or flip flop as it’s called. Hip Hop is roughly positive, it’s art, the other is not. Nigative. Disrespectful to moms; daughters, aunties, sister, grandmothers. niiiiiiga! Not Hip Hop. Although the times were nigative, Hip Hop grew and gave growth away from the dirty. Not the south, the other dirty. They were kids, having seen battlefield trauma. Writing about it therapeutically making it some what positive, in its beginning. Don’t get it twishted. East coast was preaching about the crime, jUSt or lack thereof, drugs, etc. West, similar at times. The south though came with similar content, but it was glazed with a sort of gospel tone, it’s still. Now don’t thunk we’re about to get into that ur ro  jc picking who’s the best bs. They are all, which makes #HipHop universally GREAT. Ya dig? So many awesome strands. What part of your car is the the goat? Kinda stupid question huh? Immature maybe? We Love Hip Hop period, way over here off topic getting all moist and fuzzy.

So in the thirteen percent or middle level. Someone just shared a video online about this level. View it as a conversion station or not. It converts that from the lower level o garden, into what is palatable for the upper level for lack of a different description or understanding. Thirteen is, has always been the percentage of fruit counted which doesn’t include the lower which is greater than the thirteen representing only a selected demographic of fruits. A select hand picked amount. Or mildly put, those that benefit the upper level. Mess around and be back on the ground. What? Back on the farm working in the garden. Bet!

As Hip Hop made its way through the cuts being redefined , dismantled to fit. Remember when it started, can we get a witness? Ever hear “It’s too black, can’t understand what they’re saying?” In so many words. As Hip Hop entered industry, this was the cry. As it split into other genres. Gangsta, thug, trap, house, etc. Staying close blending with R & B. All was under Hip Hop though. Aka strands, like bud. Same thing exactly. It was illegal long enough to get the competition off the street. Now it’s everywhere, respectfully under medicinal. No one ever got a trophy for gangster or dirty south rap. Could be wrong. “Hard out here for a pimp” It all usually falls under Hip Hop regardless. Standing corrected. Is it positive? We get it and fully, but will the youngers? Dig the song, personally it’s truth from a different perspective, but the short Ee aren’t going to just hear this, they grow words like seeds. Another story.

Hooduzzled or bamwinkled? That’s the entire point. If it’s natural coming to the fruit to continue being productive in society, it’s deemed illegal, this in itself is illegal. Natural law hasn’t been broken, the male made so called law that deems it illegal is exactly the same. So is what’s (hearsay) being done to it. Can’t type Hueman because a Hueman is aware of it all and abides by natural law. It’s the only true law. It signifies this is greater than the hueman and allow us to remain humble. Not insane.

Why is this important? Another good question. Truth! Because we have the essence of true Hip Hop, literally. Containing the first fifteen years of the beginning, along with the other strands it split into MentFlexX. No one was there, it’s exclusively experience. Also,it’s important to know this time so that it doesn’t happen again. The first time was the blueprint, and they called it a fad. We got waxed though. That’s an L fam. For real. This time knowing it’s going to generate multiple strands again because it’s geared for the most important fruit. You. All of you. Don’t ask, it’s greater than we. How can Hip Hop be MentFlexX now or vice versa? How can it not? We captured the experiences in its essence. You’re focused on the finger or not. Hip Hop is manna provided from a different dimension. Bout to get deep. Came at the correct time, under the precise temperature and pressure. An accurate time, rhythm, and schedule spreading into health, wellness, and fitness? Similar because it’s the same thing just different dimensions. We are also universal. Passed the fad stage long ago, around industry on to truth. To share what has already come through once in our time. Now others can share in the same experience or what true Hip Hop produces other than dope music. An opportunity to do the same thing. If fruit, if seed onboard and the work one does is compensated equivocally.

In the book, do you remember what happened to the manna? Exodus 16:20 This happened to Hip Hop after it went industry. Don’t get it twishted. It’s still there or was. A few still carry the torch of the raw. As well as the other genres. It’s there, but one would have to know true Hip Hop. “everyone is in Hip Hop, Hip Hop’s not in everyone.”

Oh the picture. Peep game. Turn it over, or upside down. It doesn’t really matter, maybe on the sides? The flow will remain in the exact same place. Keep building in the garden and all will migrate to positive construction then converted to some mess. Peep game as it reads “STAND up.” For what? Anything built starts on the bottom floor, foundation, ground, etc. The pyramids were built ground up, or not. We wasn’t there. They still stand. Get the point? What is built in the garden, should elevate all. Remember the top use to be the bottom as it grows dilapidated. They need to rebuild it, or would like to. As the bottom is being built it is going to merge if we may, with the top. Beginning, crossing over into ending. All we’re saying is we got next, that’s what’s up. It reads a mess. Which will have been dealt with before the expected arrival. There’s nothing that can be done except prepare to be ready. “Get Ready, Be Ready.” How do we know this? The beginning has already begun, so 2 + 2 = ?

Still stuck in the past. Mother was expecting us, it’s been too long. She’s coming to get us. This is not to cause alarm or panic, the book depicts the same. We were told what that’s about. The other option includes every single person, with no regards. What about? 🖐🏿 They already have favor. To be so blessed?

Stand if you will, we got this. Evidently this was a so called stand against the creator, LoL! she’s coming back to shake her head & laugh since someone thunk they could do it on their own. It’s quite hilarious actually. We really shouldn’t think, we’re not good at it. Natural Law is anything correct and/or positive not created by huemans/human or anything less. Nothing. “Get Thee Hence!” What was built up top or either side must be built now, yesterday, last year. For an ending draws near, without a beginning all is lost. This is greater than any of us. The balance will not sustain with the method already being suggested over there. How do we know? There is nothing new for the hint. Now, this other thing about the women dying at birth, doesn’t make wonder. We could see if they were men. But they’re not. They haven’t told us, you the truth yet. There would be no way without the truth if that’s the privilege of what we would like to think of as Godliness. Seek the truth as this continues to increase in numbers. Ask question. We have assumptions but many don’t have the privilege. Which we wouldn’t exercise unless truth was on the table. We have heard from elder queens that is due to some of the queens being with serpents and the creator shutting it all down. It’s terrible to even think of going to bring a shaw Ee in and not make it. It’s no natural. Somebody help me. Stay tuned…

This has been the second storm that has talked directly to one of us. Brah said the last one shook him, the lightning caught his eye, like rec, rec and as soon as he looked at it. It snapped with ear piercing thunder he could hear, see, feel. He remarked he actually was startled and expected to feel heat of the lightning, that’s how close it clapped at him. This past storm done the same, being under a cover, it was not possible to see the lightning but could be felt as it barked. She’s very upset. Golf ball sized hail can go through a person. Thee must get a Doctor’s pass to believe any of this…

BORN AGAIN or TWICE-BORN

Thoughts from C. G. Jung, Joseph Campbell, and William James

The symbol and myth of the dual birth or being twice-born has an archetypal, spiritual, and psychological significance.  The need for the subject to being born again or reborn to him or herself and to a new worldview is an essential step in the initiation and individuation process.

In Greek mythology the most well-known example is of Dionysus born first from Semele and when, while she was dying, Zeus saved him by sewing him up in his thigh and keeping him there until he reached maturity.

dvija, (Sanskrit: “twice-born”) in the Hindu social system, members of the three upper varnas, or social classes—the Brahmans (priests and teachers), Kshatriyas (warriors), and Vaishyas (merchants)—whose sacrament of initiation is regarded as a second or spiritual birth.

In John 3 Christ speaks to this,

“I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.

How can a man be born when he is old?" Nicodemus asked. "Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!"

Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit.

Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.”

Jung speaks to this idea of a spiritual rebirth and its role in the individuation process.

“I might mention, for instance, the motif of the dual descent, that is, descent from human and divine parents, as in the case of Heracles, who received immortality through being unwittingly adopted by Hera. What was a myth in Greece was actually a ritual in Egypt: Pharaoh was both human and divine by nature.

In the birth chambers of the Egyptian temples Pharaoh's second, divine conception and birth is depicted on the walls; he is “twice-born.” It is an idea that underlies all rebirth mysteries, Christianity included. Christ himself is “twice-born:” through his baptism in the Jordan he was regenerated and reborn from water and spirit.

Consequently, in the Roman liturgy the font is designated the “uterus ecclesiae,” and, as you can read in the Roman missal, it is called this even today, in the “benediction of the font” on Holy Saturday before Easter.

Further, according to an early Christian-Gnostic idea, the spirit which appeared in the form of a dove was interpreted as Sophia-Sapientia Wisdom and the Mother of Christ. Thanks to this motif of the dual birth, children today, instead of having good and evil fairies who magically “adopt” them at birth with blessings or curses, are given a godfather” and a “godmother”

The idea of a second birth is found at all times and in all places. In the earliest beginnings of medicine it was a magical means of healing; in many religions it is the central mystical experience; it is the key idea in medieval, occult philosophy, and, last but not least, it is an infantile fantasy occurring in numberless children, large and small, who believe that their parents are not their real parents but merely foster-parents to whom they were handed over. Benvenuto Cellini also had this idea, as he himself relates in his autobiography.”

C. G. Jung, CW9.1 ¶ 94

Campbell emphasises this second birth as essential in the developmental process and bemoans its absence in the Western World.

“Society has provided [children] no rituals by which they become members of the tribe, of the community. All children need to be twice born, to learn to function rationally in the present world, leaving childhood behind.”

-Joseph Campbell

James talks to the process of rebirth as a moment of redemption and illumination,

“The [Twice Born] process is one of redemption, not of mere reversion to natural health, and the sufferer, when saved, is saved by what seems to him a second birth, a deeper kind of conscious being than he could enjoy before."

William James

How do we enact this rebirth?

Through symbols. Symbols are the gateway to this process of rebirth.

“Salvation is a long road that leads through many gates. These gates are symbols. Each new gate is at first invisible; indeed it seems at first that it must be created, for it exists only if one has dug up the spring’s root, the symbol.”

C. G. Jung
